Expo is AMD's memory overclocking standard for AM5. XMP is Intel's equivalent. Both let your RAM run at its rated speed. We enable whichever is correct for your build before it ships.
Every PC is tested before it ships and sealed in foam to protect it in transit. Returns: 30 days unopened for a full refund, or 20 days opened and working for 90% back as store credit. Keaton is not responsible if a PC suddenly stops working, arrives damaged from shipping, or does not work on arrival. Each system is tested and packed as carefully as we can, and a sudden failure comes down to the hardware maker, so we will help you file a claim with them. We are responsible for missing parts, an order with no PC in it, and specs that were not listed.
Because of the PC and GPU shortage caused by datacenter demand, a part can sell out or jump in price. When that happens we try to swap it for the same part from another brand at a fair price, with the exact same specs. For example, an ASUS 5070 Ti for a PNY 5070 Ti, or Micron 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30 for Corsair 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30. We always tell you first so you can approve the swap or pick a different part.
Yes. Every Keaton system uses standard AM5 or LGA 1700 platforms, DDR5, PCIe 5.0, and ATX. Swap the GPU, add RAM, or drop in a new CPU. No locked-down ecosystem.
